Shipping policy

 All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. Orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 -10 business days after being shipped. 

Infinite Legacies Custom Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
